Restaurant miil works actively with local suppliers and cultivates its own garden, which supplies the kitchen with fresh herbs and vegetables every day. The food for the miil restaurant and the ESSBAR garden bistro is processed with the utmost care and sustainability. Daily fresh seasonal cuisine plays a central role, as the seasons create the menu here.Their motto is to think outside the box and conjure up compositions with temperament and passion on the plate.

The miil restaurant offers a symbiosis of fresh, seasonal cuisine and exquisite wine culture. Within the historic walls of the former mill at Kränzelhof, Othnar Raich's team serves dishes prepared with passion using organic and regional ingredients.
In summer you can enjoy the idyllic garden in front of the Kränzelhof residence, while in winter the stylish interior of the miil with its special atmosphere invites you to linger.
