At Kränzelhof, exquisite Pinot grapes wines have been flourishing for over 100 years. The conditions here seem ideal for this variety. The classic Pinot Blanc has been one of the most esteemed and popular wines in South Tyrol for many decades. 
Vinification: Careful selection and pressing of the grapes, regular batonnage, cold fermentation, and aging of the young wine for over 12 months on the fine lees, with a portion of it in used French barriques.
