This indigenous, rustic grape variety enjoys great popularity. Tauris Lagrein thrives on the south-facing slopes of Tscherms, benefiting from excellent climatic conditions, and stands out for its extraordinary fruitiness and spiciness.
Vinification: Careful selection of the berries. After a 10-day maceration on the skins, the young wine is refined for 17 months in used French oak barrels, meaning second or third fill, with a small portion maturing in new barrels.
