This indigenous, rustic grape variety is very popular. The Tauris Lagrein finds excellent climatic conditions on the southern slopes in Tscherms and is characterized by exceptional fruitiness and spiciness. Vinification: Careful selection of the berries. After a 10-day maceration, the young wine is aged for 17 months in French barriques, 15% of which are new oak.
