Pinot Noir is a challenge for the winemaker, as the wine tends to hide its potential time and again, requiring both experience and an open mind even from connoisseurs.
Vinification: Multiple and highly meticulous hand harvests of the grapes from our oldest vineyards, over 44-year-old vines. Fermentation on the skins, with no pumping of the wine. A maturation period of approximately 17 months in new French oak barrels, followed by unfiltered bottling.
