The grapes used to produce Helios come from our oldest vines, over 40-year-old grapevines. They form the foundation of this masterpiece of nature. The must had 20 hours of skin contact, followed by gentle pressing, fermentation in new French oak barrels, and 24 months of aging on the lees in French barriques. Regular stirring of the fine lees and over 12 months of bottle aging after bottling give the wine its unique bouquet.

Dense, lively golden yellow, an intense bouquet of quince, apple, citrus. On the palate mineral, salty, with marzipan tones, vanilla and fine tropical fruit. Long finish. A Pinot Blanc with an independent character and all the assets for a lasting drinking experience. It convinces with its finesse, elegance and fullness.
