The grapes used to produce Helios come from our oldest vines. They form the foundation of this masterpiece of nature. The must had 20 hours of skin contact, followed by gentle pressing, fermentation in wood, and 24 months of aging on the lees in French barriques. The fine lees were regularly stirred, and after bottling, the wine underwent a 12-month maturation in the bottle.
