A mysterious wine that we have been creating for over 16 years now. The basis are 5 different fully ripe and late harvested white wine varieties, therefore is it an off-dry wine. The cuvée is a secret of the cellar master.

Sparkling, light golden yellow, a cornucopia of aromas: rose scent, jasmine blossom, elderberry, pear, mango. Finely dry taste, fruity on the palate, elegant, easy to drink, very long finish. A wonderful aperitif.
