This very individual, unique and fascinating amphora wine with excellent development potential and radiance is made from the Sauvignon Blanc and Goldmuskateller varieties. Vinification: Careful and staggered hand selection, the grape berries were separated from the stalks by hand. Fermentation with the skins in 200 litre amphorae. After 3 months on the skins, the yeast-cloudy base wine was stored in small wooden barrels for another 6 months.
